Will Chung – Jersey City, NJ. Principles of movement integration to sophistication ending in application from a martial arts background as it applies to coaches and trainers in the strength and conditioning and personal training setting.

Chad Waterbury – Santa Monica, CA. Assessments for global and local movement patterns, associated compensations and corrections, Nervous system potentiation via techniques influenced by DNS, McGill, etc. Programming for explosiveness, maximal strength and hypertrophy. How to enhance RFD (Rate of force development).

We are limiting the available slots and keeping the format loose to provide a unique and intimate experience in which the material ultimately discussed will be driven by audience participation and discussion. This is going to be a continuing education event you will not want to miss!
